I saw something online yesterday that I was interested about too. I went to apple's website and it said iPhone. I knew Cisco already had this trademark and I was Interested in how apple could call theirs the iPhone too. Well after a little reaserch I came upon a page and read about how Cisco and Apple are curentley in negotiations close to an agreement on the trademark moving to Aplle' name for their product. I cannot find this link now, but I belive Apple will leagal call their new product the iPhone. But remember it is not aproved by the FCC yet. Just as a side note In response to Zane H.
